Imota Warehouse Project

The Dry Storage Warehouse is a 1470 sq.m steel framed structure designed for long term storage of Paddy; the facility is one among other facilities meant to service the Lagos state owned Rice mill factory at Imota designed for sustainable supply and storage of paddy.

The 9.6m high facility incorporates a large paddy Storage space, office spaces and other ancillary spaces.

To keep humidity within the storage space at tolerable levels, tornado vents were introduced at the roof with roof lights, luxalon grills at the side walls and the use of epoxyl finish on the floor and walls.

The Construction commenced November 13, 2020 and is currently in progress.
